Aletor Alexander Adoghe
Aletor Alexander Adoghe is an entrepreneur focused on SME-led capacity development in African economies. He is a shareholder and Group Chief Executive Officer of IGPES Group, with over 28 years of experience in business growth strategy across Europe and Nigeria. His background spans the scientific instrumentation industry and the Nigerian upstream oil and gas services sector, and he advises European companies expanding into West Africa.
He previously served as Deputy Managing Director of Desicon Engineering Ltd, he was a founding Director of SAIDEL Nigeria, and later Managing Director of ALEBS Ltd. Aletor sits on multiple boards, including Simple Finance Ltd, FCMB-TLG Private Debt Fund, KOA Oil & Gas Ltd as Executive Vice Chairman, and several energy, engineering, and financial services companies within Nigeria. Earlier in his career, he worked in the UK and Ireland as a Systems Engineer and Business Development Manager with Micromass UK Ltd and Waters Corporation. He holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, a BEng in Control Systems Engineering, and is a registered member of COREN and NSE.

Adokiye Ikpoki
Mr. Ikpoki is the founder, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Chairborne Global Services Limited. He is a seasoned Nigerian entrepreneur and investor with over 25 years of experience spanning real estate, marine logistics and energy Services industries. He holds a degree in the Humanities from the University of Port Harcourt and has undertaken multiple executive development programs with a strong focus on shipping and transportation services.
Adokiye is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience overseeing complex systems, high value operations and growth focused enterprises across multiple sectors. He brings this experience to bear from his non-executive positions across multiple boards, notably as Chairman of Advocate Insurance Brokers Limited, where he provides strategic guidance and oversight. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Directors, Ship Owners Association of Nigeria, Petroleum Technology Association of Nigeria and Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria.

Joy Evelyn Shaiyen (M.CIoD)
Joy Shaiyen is a Nigerian business executive, board member, and public speaker with expertise in infrastructure development, terminal management, and energy economics. She played a key role in shaping TSL’s infrastructure portfolio, led its LPG investment initiative, and oversaw the company’s transition to ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 management systems. In 2019, she founded Arcus 360, an energy investment and management firm operating across the LPG value chain. By 2021, the firm had invested in and commenced operations of a 25MT LPG bottling plant in Ikorodu, Lagos. Joy serves as National Coordinator of Women in LPG (WinLPG), providing strategic leadership to advance gender inclusion in the sector and advocating LPG as a transition fuel aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.
She is also the Honorable Treasurer of the Nigeria Liquefied and Compressed Gases Association (NLCGA), serving on its Executive Council. She contributes to national policy and development initiatives, including the LPG Scale-Up Initiative Steering Committee appointed in 2025 by the Minister of Women Affairs. From 2020 to 2023, she worked on the National Domestic LPG Expansion Project under the Office of the Vice President, and in 2018 chaired the Advocacy Committee for Lagos State LPG Reforms. Joy has been recognized by the World LP Gas Association as a “Women in LPG” Role Model and named among Africa’s top 100 female oil and gas executives by African Shapers. She holds a Certificate in Financial Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lagos State University. She speaks regularly at global industry events and enjoys Oxford-style debates and poetry.

Dr. Kelechi Samuel
Dr Kelechi Samuel is a business enterprise management professional with experience spanning banking, finance, and SME leadership across education, communications, printing, telecoms VAS, and fintech. He has also worked on attracting foreign direct investment into Nigeria through private equity. He is the CEO of Knights and Temple, a consultancy providing human capacity development, communication, and commercial advisory services, and serves as Consulting COO for the launch of Tanda Secure Limited, an edutech startup currently used by private schools in Lagos, Abuja, and Asaba.
His banking career covered corporate and institutional banking, treasury and currency trading, restructuring, and oil and gas portfolio management, rising to Assistant General Manager and Group Head before leaving to pursue entrepreneurship. Kelechi has founded and led multiple SMEs across printing, packaging, petroleum marketing, executive education, telecoms VAS, and fintech. He previously served as Country Director at Regenesys Business School Nigeria and COO/CEO of Greystone Partners Limited, which raised $3 million in private equity and operates VAS platforms for MTN, Glo, and 9mobile.He holds a PhD from Pan-Atlantic University, with research on digital media technologies in creative entrepreneurship, and facilitates executive and entrepreneurial training in business strategy, finance, and communication.

Navy Captain (RTD.) Hamidu Usman Jaffeji
Navy Captain (Rtd.) Hamidu Usman Jaffeji is a seasoned security and strategic studies professional with over 32 years of distinguished service in the Nigerian Navy. He received extensive military and leadership training in Nigeria and abroad, including the National Defence College, Bangladesh, and holds a Master's degree in Security and Strategic Studies, as well as postgraduate qualifications in Disaster & Crisis Management and International Relations & Diplomacy. During his naval career, he held several strategic and administrative appointments, including Deputy Naval Provost Marshal, Secretary to the Chief of Naval Staff, Defence Adviser to India, United Nations Military Observer, and Directing Staff at the Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Jaji.
Post-retirement, Captain Jaffeji remains actively engaged in public and private sector initiatives. He is a Member of the National Working Committee of the Arewa Consultative Forum, President of the Nigeria Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce, and an investor in livestock and agribusiness. He is a recipient of several national military decorations, including the Distinguished Service Star (DSS), Meritorious Service Star (MSS), and Forces Service Star (FSS), and is a Fellow of the National Defence College (fnd).

Adeyemi Adegbenro
Mr. Adegbenro is Chief Operating Officer of Chairborne Global Services Limited with his wealth of experience in the Maritime, Well-services and Sub-sea Industry and a member of the renowned Wellflow International in Saudi Arabia.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultant of Nigeria, has an MBA in Oil and Gas and holds various international certification in Well Drilling and Completion with about 20 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, backed with an extensive offshore experience in deep and shallow water fields.

Olubunmi Oketola
She is the Chief Finance Officer at Chairborne Global Services with 15 years’ experience in financial planning, audits, advisory, and budgeting. She previously served as Senior Audit Associate, Group Financial Controller, and Acting CFO.
She holds a first class degree in Agriculture from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, and is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) with ICAN. She also holds an MBA from Rome Business School.

Disere Leghemo is an External Relations and Program Management professional with 15 years of experience in the energy, education, and corporate sectors.

Bunke Eze Echesi
Bunke Eze Echesi is a seasoned Labour Professional with about 15 years’ experience in Strategic Human Resources Management, Talent acquisition, Manpower Planning, Employment Law Compliance, Performance Management, and Change Management.
Holds a Law degree, and a Master’s Degree in International Human Resources Management from Bristol England. She is a Level 7 Member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) Wimbledon, England. She also oversees Facility, Utility, Fleet Management and the IT Unit across all of Chairbornes locations.

Chioma Obi
Is the Finance Manager at Chairborne Global Services. She has accumulated over 10 years’ experience in the areas of Project Financing, Budgeting, and Planning, Financial Advisory, Financial analysis, and reporting to CGSL. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Imo State, Nigeria.
She has a Masters Degree in Finance from Rome Business School, Italy. She is a certified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Sheriff Raji
He is a Metallurgical and Materials Engineering graduate from the University of Lagos with an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
With over 11 years in the oil, gas, and power sectors, he has managed multiple EPCI projects as Project Manager, Engineer, and Designer. He is also trained in project, contract, and quality management.

Daniel Duodu
Daniel Duodu is the Business Development Manager at Chairborne Global Services, driving strategic initiatives and growth in the energy and marine sectors. He previously managed contracts and regulatory compliance at Petroll Energy Marketing and Supply Ltd and West Africa Dredging and Marine Tech.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Calabar and is pursuing a Master’s in Oil and Gas Management at UniCAF University. He also has certifications in enterprise management, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 auditing.
